My initial order of 750 tickets were very well done however the raffle tickets were lime green not teal as indicted on the website or as ordered.
I didn’t place an additional order 300 tickets and on the same day service request and add additional hundred tickets I was told that they were unable to do that. I was happy to pay for the additional tickets however they were not willing to add 100 tickets to my already $15 shipping order rather offered me 30% off my next order which didn’t even cover the cost.

Email updates accurate & appreciated. Arrived on time despite postal strike. Stub a bit small and on opposite end (in my experience; perhaps I should have looked more closely during set-up.) If choosing to self-staple to save expense, and you choose the plain white heavy card stock, be aware that 25 tickets is 1/4 inch thick, so you’ll need a HEAVY duty stapler with minimum 1/2 inch staples. Overall, very pleased with our order and service received.

When you’re a small not-for-profit group saving the cost of designing really helps. The only change I would suggest is that you have a discount for not-for-profit organizations... but to get that you need to submit the CRA registered charity number... however you can be not-for-profit and NOT be a charity... so we couldn’t use the discount because we are not registered with CRA as a charity. We are just a small not for profit that raises money for our associated school.

It was great working with you and received the tickets exactly as expected and on time. However I would have preferred a little more flexibility on the design of the tickets to make the text larger or merge some lines.
Also, the gloss on the ticket makes writing on the stubs difficult.
