Service hors pair

Recently purchased raffle tickets to be used for our 50/50 event. Eventgroove delivered a an incredibly high quality product with a very fast delivery. However what truly amazed me was their amazing customer service. An alteration was needed in the design of the ticket due to an error made during our initial design phase at no fault of Eventgroove. Despite this, Eventgroove worked to rectify the issue and created and printed the new design and had them shipped to us in no time. This quick response and excellence in their customer service helped keep our event running smoothly. It is because of this we will certainly be using them again!

The stock template and interface for design of a custom raffle ticket is very easy to use. This is the 4 th time our hockey team has used Eventgroove to create raffle tickets. Our order was processed in a timely manner and arrived as promised.

Shipping was so fast, and the price was far better than any alternatives I looked at.

The price was the best by a long margin, the customizability is fantastic, and they arrived far faster than I expected.

Fast shipping and received in perfect condition. Thanks

Tickets are perfect. The event isn't until January 2027 but is always a huge success for the Magnetawan Lions Club.
