The program for designing was fairly easy to use. I struggled with trying to get our logo on the back of the ticket which I had to contact support twice to help me. I did not have the option to size smaller the logo to have it fit and this was very frustrating and took way longer than it should have. The printing is great quality and shipping was very fast. your service for my first purchase was very poor. we were in a time crunch and were sent the wrong tickets. you then sent out the right ones and I gave you a new address to ship to due to being closed for Christmas. you still sent the correct tickets but to the same address and the company was closed.
