Terrible!
They called me the day the tickets were due to arrive to tell me that there was a delay because they weren't sure how best to staple the booklet of tickets together and wanted my feedback. They should have contacted me days earlier to ask this question. They are located in Mississauga and I'm in Vancouver. How could they possibly get the tickets to me in time as tickets were due to go on sale the next day. I cancelled my order and then spent an entire afternoon making my own "home-made" tickets that didn't look nearly as polished as they should have. This caused last minute stress that I didn't need that day.
