I ordered a basic set of event tickets using their templates. Their editing tools are really straight forward, lots of options, lots of templates, and the order was completed really quickly. Canada post lost my package and it ended up going across the country, and CTPs support took care of me super fast and got me tickets to my door BEFORE Canada post was able to correct their own error. I was very happy with my purchase with Ticket Printing Canada. The ticket design came out the same as the website and the colours matched perfectly. The quality was great and the price was more than reasonable. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the estimated delivery date on my receipt didn't line up with the date I received my package. I got my package one day after the date I was promised. I wasn't in a rush so it still worked out fine for me. But for someone else that might have been a problem. Overall I am happy with Ticket Printing Canada and would definitely use them again for any of my ticket printing needs.

The program for designing was fairly easy to use. I struggled with trying to get our logo on the back of the ticket which I had to contact support twice to help me. I did not have the option to size smaller the logo to have it fit and this was very frustrating and took way longer than it should have. The printing is great quality and shipping was very fast.
