Fast but incorrect printing, 25% waisted

Fast turn around of order but 25% of the wristbands were miss printed so the raffle tickets were unusable.

Hi Alain, Thank you for taking the time to review your order. I'm sorry to hear that not all the wristbands were useful. I would like to know what happened to the 25%. Is it possible for you to send us a picture of it so we could also investigate further? I would like to ask if you want us to reprint the 25% for free as a courtesy. Please advise.

    Excellent product

The wristbands arrived exactly as I’d ordered, and worked perfectly for our event! I only wish shipping was less expensive, as it was nearly half of our order cost...

Hello Ellen, Thank you for taking time in your busy day to comment on your recent Taste of Cochrane wristband order. I am sorry to hear the shipping was nearly half of your order cost. We do not charge any extra to what the postal carrier charges. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you again in the future. Dolores Davis
