Thank you for taking time to comment on your recent Congress of Black Women of Canada, Brampton Chapter, Pre-Mother's Day Brunch, Celebrating 30 Years event ticket order.

I am sorry to hear you had an error on your online submitted tickets. I see where you contacted us and the CSS explained that your ticket was already in print. Our policy (which is stated on our website) states that as soon as the order has been placed it is pulled for printing so we can make our deadlines. Once the printing process has started we can not make any changes but we do offer to cancel the order, refund the shipping, and give you a 40% discount on your revised order.
