    I think there is disconnect between customer service representatives and designers. I had my order printed twice because it was meant to be a custom design in the first place. I think you should include *custom design " as part of the options during the ordering process. We can then click on custo...

    Hello Innocent, Thank you for taking time to comment on your recent 25th Annual Boat Cruise event ticket order. I am sorry you had some difficulty with the order. The online orders go direct from your computer to the printing machine computer, the Customer Service personnel do not even see those orders. The custom orders are emails sent in to the Customer Service Specialist and they work on getting those set up so the Design Team can send you a proof. Once you approve the CSS then sends it on to the printers. They are two different types of orders and are handled differently so the online orders can be processed faster and more efficient.
